Toll Brothers has been waiting over 8 months to release these floor plans and lots and it is finally here, of course I don’t know how realistic the prices will be with the current market. I guess we will see.

Frenchmans Reserve even in this horrible real estate climate still manages to sell, the new sales in 2009 were around 20, which is great for a community of only 425 homes. Toll Brothers reports that the club is actually net positive and that when the turn the club over fees will not go up that much or at all.

Frenchmans Reserve is one of the only gated estate communities with a reasonable social equity which is 100% refundable when you sel in all of Palm Beach Gardensl. The amenities are beautiful and these Palm Beah Gardens Homes are well built. When looking for a home in North Palm Beach there really isn’t another community like it.
