Frenchman's Reserve

Frenchmans Reserve although one of my favorite communities, if you are looking for a little larger community with 2 golf courses look no further then Mirasol Country Club. Mirasol Palm Beach Gardens offers just over 1100 homes and is located in fabulous Palm Beach Gardens.

Mirasol much like Frenchmans Reserve is a new country club community which has great amentiers, fine dining, spa, golf, tennis and so many great activities. Palm Beach Gardens homes are some of the most desired location to live in. Palm Beach homes offer close proximity to the airport, beach, Dowtone Palm Beach Gardens, Gardens Mall, Kravitx Center and so much more.

Mirasol Country Club is an amazing community and something to see if you are looking to buy a home in Palm Beach Gardens.

Frenchmans Reserve located in Palm Beach Gardnes is one of the smallest and upscale country clubs communities in all of Palm Beach. Located close to everything Palm Beach has to offer, you really never have to leave the gates. This beautiful Toll Brothers community offers a beautiful golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, spa, restaurants, and so much more.

Finally, as I have been waiting forver it seems, Toll Brothers has released it’s final lots and floorplans in La Hermitage, the custom section here in Frenchmans Reserve. There are currently around 49 homes left to build, 29 being smaller homes, around 12 custom, and the rest Toll. Toll Brothers has been waiting over 8 months to release these floor plans and lots and it is finally here, of course I don’t know how realistic the prices will be with the current market. I guess we will see.

Frenchmans Reserve even in this horrible real estate climate still manages to sell, the new sales in 2009 were around 20, which is great for a community of only 425 homes. Toll Brothers reports that the club is actually net positive and that when the turn the club over fees will not go up that much or at all.

Frenchmans Reserve is one of the only gated estate communities with a reasonable social equity which is 100% refundable when you sel in all of Palm Beach Gardensl. The amenities are beautiful and these Palm Beah Gardens Homes are well built. When looking for a home in North Palm Beach there really isn’t another community like it.
