Frenchman’s Reserve is obviously one of our favorite communities. An option in another city is Bel-air.

The city of Lauderdale By the Sea surrounds this magnificent community. You’ll love your neighbors and everything else about Bel-air homes from the minute you move in. The location can’t be beat and once you’ve found your way to this community, you’ll never want to leave.

There are too many great things about Bel-air to describe them all here, but the features include a boating.

And the city of Lauderdale By the Sea is pretty amazing as well. Located in the heart of everything, such as magnificent shopping, sunny skies, great outdoor activities and beautiful beaches, you’ll fall in love with everything about this city.

On a recent visit to Aventura we found another community you might like. Peninsula has some great features and is definately worth a look.

Peninsula in Aventura is just one of those communities you have to see to believe. Just one visit and you’ll know why everyone who lives in Peninsula just loves it.

The features available in Peninsula are numerous. Just an example of what it does include – an exercise area, clubhouse, boating, gated entry, play area and tennis.

After you visit Peninsula, you’ll have to drive around and see everything Aventura real estate has to offer. The location can’t be beat with the perfect weather, great beaches and fabulous malls being just some of the things available to do in Aventura.

As you know, we usually discuss Frenchman’s Reserve here. Usually we stick to other communities located here in Frenchman’s Reserve , but today I wanted to talk about Ocean Plaza in Deerfield Beach.

Ocean Plaza has everything you could want in a community. Aside from everything you’ll find in the community, you’ll find that the Deerfield Beach lifestyle offers a little something for everyone.

Features like an exercise area, clubhouse, gated entry and community pool, keep all of the residents of Ocean Plaza very satisfied.

After you visit Ocean Plaza, you’ll have to drive around and see everything Deerfield Beach homes and real estate has to offer. The location can’t be beat with top of the line stores, great outdoor activities, beautiful beaches and amazing weather being just some of the things available to do in Deerfield Beach.

You’ll find your dream location and property here in Frenchman’s Reserve . If not another community you might like is Portofino. It’s located in West Palm Beach instead of here in Frenchman’s Reserve , but it’s worth a look.

Frenchmans Reserve although one of my favorite communities, if you are looking for a little larger community with 2 golf courses look no further then Mirasol Country Club. Mirasol Palm Beach Gardens offers just over 1100 homes and is located in fabulous Palm Beach Gardens.

Mirasol much like Frenchmans Reserve is a new country club community which has great amentiers, fine dining, spa, golf, tennis and so many great activities. Palm Beach Gardens homes are some of the most desired location to live in. Palm Beach homes offer close proximity to the airport, beach, Dowtone Palm Beach Gardens, Gardens Mall, Kravitx Center and so much more.

Mirasol Country Club is an amazing community and something to see if you are looking to buy a home in Palm Beach Gardens.

Wilton Manors has everything you could want in a community. Aside from everything you’ll find in the community, you’ll find that the Wilton Manors lifestyle offers a little something for everyone.

You’ll love the features in Wilton Manors, like a gated entry and exercise area.

While you’ll love the community, the Wilton Manors homes and real estate is also amazing. The features of the city include things like amazing weather, top notch recreation, amazing malls and great beaches.

We know you’ll love it here in Frenchman’s Reserve , but recently I had a chance to visit The Sanctuary. It’s located in Boca Raton and really had a lot to offer.

There area few communities like The Sanctuary homes and the Boca Raton location can’t be beat. Next time you’re in the area be sure to check out this great community.

You’ll love the features in The Sanctuary, like a community pool, clubhouse, boating, tennis, gated entry and play area.

The Sanctuary is beautiful and the city of Boca Raton homes is also fantastic. There are so many great things about it that they are too numerous to list here. But just an example of what you’ll find close by – the finest boutiques, year round sun, great beaches and fantastic parks.

Palm Beach homes is another great site to check out if you have a moment as well.

Frenchmans Reserve located in Palm Beach Gardnes is one of the smallest and upscale country clubs communities in all of Palm Beach. Located close to everything Palm Beach has to offer, you really never have to leave the gates. This beautiful Toll Brothers community offers a beautiful golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, spa, restaurants, and so much more.

Finally, as I have been waiting forver it seems, Toll Brothers has released it’s final lots and floorplans in La Hermitage, the custom section here in Frenchmans Reserve. There are currently around 49 homes left to build, 29 being smaller homes, around 12 custom, and the rest Toll. Toll Brothers has been waiting over 8 months to release these floor plans and lots and it is finally here, of course I don’t know how realistic the prices will be with the current market. I guess we will see.

Frenchmans Reserve even in this horrible real estate climate still manages to sell, the new sales in 2009 were around 20, which is great for a community of only 425 homes. Toll Brothers reports that the club is actually net positive and that when the turn the club over fees will not go up that much or at all.

Frenchmans Reserve is one of the only gated estate communities with a reasonable social equity which is 100% refundable when you sel in all of Palm Beach Gardensl. The amenities are beautiful and these Palm Beah Gardens Homes are well built. When looking for a home in North Palm Beach there really isn’t another community like it.

Frenchmans Reserve located in Palm Beach Gardens is a beautiful small country club in the heart of town. Frenchmans Reserve built by Toll Brothers offer a diverse selection of homes including custom homes built by Tuscan Harvey and Bloomfield Construction. Frenchmans Reserve custom section is called La’ Hermitage. Currently there are 13 custom home lots available in La’ Hermitage. Bloomfield Construction and Tuscan Harvey are offering some amazing incentives to build in this beautiful gated Country Club community.

Palm Beach Gardens offers some of the finest dining and restaurants. Palm Beach Real Estate is some of the most desirable in all the country. Living in Frenchmans Reserve, you have it all, minutes to the beach, Downtown, I95, the West Palm Beach airport, and so much more.
